A340 Cockpit Takeoff in Hong Kong HD

Noseview of the SWISS airbus 340-300 departing Hong Kong's Chek Lap Kok International VHHH bound for Tokyo Narita's RJAA. My cam took a bit of a pounding there at the takeoff roll, it was properly mounted to the dashboard, but at a place where theres more shaking involved.Wont happen again :)
Nevertheless, theres a spectacular view of Hong Kong Island,Kowloon and surroundings before we dive into the clouds.

Is this a normal route for Swiss? I thought they did ZRH-NRT nonstop?

@jetfreak4 no, not anymore. It was due to the special emergency situation in Tokyo/Fukushima. We opened up a temporary base and had a 340 rotating between HKG and NRT. Then (without traffic rights) back to Zurich.

When the situation cleared up, we flew ZTurich-Toky-Nagoya. Now, swiss (and all major airlines) operate Narita on a daily base, with nightstop in Tokyo.

Love it! HKG is one of my favorite places to fly into and out of, unfortunately it's been only in FS but still. Done that departure many times! Keep up the great work and enjoy traveling!

I edit out the pilot chatter and procedures, its a deal between me and my employer swiss international.

Aswell, i got sick of finding my sounds all over youtube when people use it without permission.

Its realy about the visual for me, screw the sounds.
