@weedybix I never get these too straight - I belive for some reason Freerunning is more flips and spins and such; more showy. And Parkour is a personal goal, getting from point a to point b as efficient as possible. Not for showing off, just to do it for yourself. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

@Stack1993 not so much difference just in free running you run and wallrun, cat lips, pressision jumps, roll and more moves ONLY,in parkour are these moves and tricks so i hope this helps :P
