@Lucas4Manga Well it depends. As for the personal satisfaction in a bigger production, seeing it's own creation done sure pays off but this doesn't has to apply to the comercial value of an anime. Sadly due to online anime streaming, the financial pressure grew over the last years, so I imagine that's not always that bright if you have to limit your own personal preferences in art due to the priority of comercial success.

This makes alot of sense and must take a lot of work, but all that hard work goes to the pay once your done. Maybe I should make an anime... :3

@buenocacaracaca543 Of course, you can make a short animation very fast too. This is just how commercial animation is produced, and it's partly out-of-date too.
