Most people who are stopped by the police for suspected DWI / DUI agree to do the field sobriety tests. As a Certified Instructor of the types of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) used in Texas and across the country, I understand the uses and misuses of these tests. I am also knowledgeable about their shortcomings, and I know how to use the law and science to counteract their evidentiary value.

At my practice, The David Hunter Law Firm, I defend persons accused of drinking and driving and drunk-driving. I am a former Texas judge and have extensive experience defending clients accused of drunk driving and related traffic violations. I will build a strong and vigorous defense on your behalf.

Call 281-277-1500 or 281-265-1515 for a free phone consultation, or visit http://www.davidhunterlawfirm.com. I can evaluate your case and discuss possible defense strategies with you.

  • thousands of people pass the field sobriety tests. Why? Because they are not drunk. Take the tests, pass them because you are sober, and go about your business for the night. Of course, you can not drink or do drugs and drive and you have a 99.9% probability of never being asked out of the car.

  • Nobody pass those test period its just matter what your BAC is its pointless to take a FSB unless they have a camera then it be wise to do it if you know your are sober no camera dont take the test just blow cops lied on police reports to make you worst off then you are to get a conviction added to there credit.Been there done it I dont trust them at all!!!

  • i dont think i could pass it, and i dont even drink
