For the most part, it's about how to find a pair of earrings at Target that look nice and don't look like they're $5. Which means, looking for color in gems or stones versus gold(ish) or silver(ish) earrings. Also, replacing the backings makes a huge difference. Nice info but the only tip was to replace backs w/ster. silver ones. Title leads one to believe there will be some alteration/craft work on a $5.00 pr. of earrings.
