Having just moved up to Grapevine earlier this year, I had never been to GrapeFest before. Although I only attended the last two days, I can see why the festival has widespread appeal. Artist galleries and artisan shops, carnival attractions, live music, and wine-tasting can all be found within the festival gates. My favorite aspect of GrapeFest, however, is its location in Grapevine's historic downtown district; it is what makes the festival truly unique.
