@herbalmate christianity does not make sense if god wants us to go to heaven that much that he would sacrifice his own son and make him go through althoughs tribulations then he might as well just have forgiven the people that would have been easier you would have thought the lord of the univers would have thought about that

One gospel was preached: Christ came, died, was raised from the dead, had gone to heaven and is coming again. The fact remained that his tomb is empty. There were more than 500 eye witnesses after Christ rose from the dead and lived with them for weeks. Those who prosecuted Christians became Christians themselves. The church grew in great strength. Many of the Apostles died preaching the gospel. 600 years later, Mohammad preached a twisted gospel from an angel? and messages from paganism.
The Bible was not meant to be taken literally. it's all symbolic. his resurrection means Jesus's (PBUH) ideas will stay alive. Not that he was a zombie (forgive me, but that's what it is in the lamest terms.)
Muslims were NOT taught to destroy rape and murder. Christians and Jews weren't either. But they all do it anyways. Look at the slave trade.
The idea of islam is PEACE. Only PEACE and heaven. Which (personally) a state of mind. Right now, this world is either heaven or hell.

When a delegation of 60 men frm Christian people of Najran came to the Prophet (S), their chief priest discused with him the status of Jesus & asked him as to who Jesus' father was.
Prophet said: 'Do you not know tht a son resembles his father?' They replied: 'Yes'. He said: A lastum ta'lamuna anna rabbana la yamutu wa anna Isa ata 'alaihi-l-fana', i.e., Do you not know that our Lord lives for ever while Jesus perished."
