I really don't understand whats going wrong. She has a great voice....down to earth. Can you please find her a sound and get the music poppin. soul+heartbreak+emotion. Less yelling and more of a cry hum. It is just a shame that I can't get a single from this beautiful voice that I would buy.

she sounds like she's trying too hard / screaming. maybe drop the key a note or two for a more natural sound?
