About the Simpsons still:
Don't you think 15 years ago nine dollar was a bit expensive for a NY guide? Wouldn't it be more obvious pricing 2.99 or something like that?
Isn't it strange the statue of liberty (I'm from the Netherlands and the twin towers were not very well known here before 2001) is not on the cover, but the twin towers are and just next to the nine?
I wish I could ask the cartoonist, maybe he has a good explanation:)

it was in 1997 this simpsons episode happend though 9 11 happend in 2001. also does anyone realise that the terrorisets chose that day because its the same number for the police.
