KANSAS CITY, KS - Controversy surrounding a metro car dealership heats up. Arson investigators say a fire was intentionally set on the lot of Chad Franklin Suzuki less than a week after the attorneys general in Kansas and Missouri filed lawsuits against the owner.

Just before 3 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Legend Suzuki, formerly Chad Franklin Suzuki, at 6801 State Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.

Firefighters say 10 sport utility vehicles were set on fire at the dealership. Eight of them were destroyed and the other two were damaged in the fire.

Firefighters also found six empty gas cans and a lighter in the area. But it's unclear who's responsible for the fire.
