some people are narrow minded. I guess I shouldn't listen to Faith No More because Mike Patton replaced Chuck Mosely; that's how stupid this whole 'Layne Staley vs William DuVall argument' is.
A true AIC fan would support the band with their decision and new music; not criticise it!

I am a HUGE AIC fan!!! I was very upset when I found out that they got someone to replace Staley BUT after listening to some of the songs, I must say that they don't really sound any different...I love Staley and he can never be replaced but this guy is pretty good...RIP Staley, u were and always will be the best!

CANTRELL IS THE SOUL OF ALICE IN CHAINS!! Layne is an amazing singer, lyricist and charismatic frontman, but the true AIC sound comes from Cantrell's riffs and guitar shredding... its unfair for the Sean, the two Mikes and Jerry to say only Layne was AIC, no such thing, AIC was and is a fuckin wolf-pack!!! RIP Staley, LONG LIVE AIC!!!
