There are NO anthropologists siding with Afrocentrics. Even the one they claim does, when you read it properly, says modern Egyptians are the same as ancient, they just carefully edit what quotes they use of his.
And the DNA of Egyptians has proven moden Egyptians aren't modern immigrants to the Nile area. They have the same male ancestry as other Africans, not the same as Asians or Europeans.
