Spindle Capping System

The Spindle Capping System offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions includes a cap delivery system and a four station spindle capping machine. The Cap Prefeeder uses a cleated belt to deliver caps to the Cap Sorting Bowl. The Cap Sorting Bowl orients caps and delivers them to the Automatic Spindle Capper which uses four sets of tightening discs - or spindles - to secure caps onto the bottles or containers. The Spindle Capping System allows for continuous capping using a wide range of container and cap sizes and types.
