Molly Hatchet got a lot of bad press, but I latched on to their stuff early. Their songs were fun, catchy. Reminded me of sitting around bonfires trying our best to drain a keg. I have been looking for a video of "Take Miss Lucy Home" . Any Ideas?

This never gets any airplay, but it is one of my all-time faves. I mean all-time, not just Molly Hatchet. Danny Jo Brown was THE quintessential Southern front man, sorry Ronnie. When I hear his voice and see his look, I just think rough, dangerous, and chick magnet.

This album was, indeed, their lowest one...anyway some tracks like this one or "Straight shooter" were cool!!

I posted it because it's a Molly Hatchet song I only recently heard, and thought the horns were really cool...I'm a ska punk fan, so horns are great. It was great to hear it in a southern rock song haha.
