Despite your aversion to "feminism," there remains a tremendous need for females to continue to challenge the assumptions they are inundated with due to their biology and I think men too, require the same degree of representation.

Feminism is doing what it has always done. It's just more entrenched now, ergo, more open about it's goals and methods.
