Anyone out there have a factory '854 block in theirs?
I have a 70 396/TH400 # matching combo...thought it was from a chevelle but the VIN stamp starts with T instead of 1. I know 1 is Chevrolet 2 Pontiac.
No mention of T except on a 94 or something list is shows T as GMC truck.
Just curious. It's also for sale.

Love the BB trucks from this era. Too bad Chevy/GMC never put the 454s in them.

That's Chevy power for ya! Starts right up even when it's cold.

Starter needs a thin shim. It screeched after it started. The drive is too tight on da flywheel. A popular issue on that era Chebys.... Nice TEERUK...
