  • Starter needs a thin shim. It screeched after it started. The drive is too tight on da flywheel. A popular issue on that era Chebys.... Nice TEERUK...

    Anyone out there have a factory '854 block in theirs?

    I have a 70 396/TH400 # matching combo...thought it was from a chevelle but the VIN stamp starts with T instead of 1. I know 1 is Chevrolet 2 Pontiac.

    No mention of T except on a 94 or something list is shows T as GMC truck.

    Just curious. It's also for sale.
