doesnt work for shit. i installed and restarted my computer. no dreamscene and then i couldnt even open the personalization menu. it just kept saying "page failed to load"

had to use system restore. great fucking patch huh?

Whenever I try to install it AN ERROR COMES THAT THE USER LOGGED IN DOESNT HAVE PRIVILEGE ON THE FILE OR FOLDER and I am logged in as a Admin. WTH?
