We had a well known steeplejack and demolition expert in England called Fred Dibnah but Fred always demolished buildings or chimneys from the ground upwards, sorry Fred, you had it wrong, buildings are demolished from the top downwards and they go straight down, no toppling, sorry you died before you realised that all your years of beautiful, casualty free demolition was completely wrong, trust the Yanks to get it right, NOT!
