Bank Robbery

On October 28, 2009, at approximately 9:20 a.m., a bank in the area of Decatur and Cactus was robbed. The suspect entered, approached the counter and presented a note demanding money. The suspect fled with the money in a dark red or maroon early 90's Camero driven by a male.

The suspect is described as a black female, 20-30 years old, 5'6", 180 lbs., last seen wearing a blond wig, sunglasses, a bright yellow shirt, dark pants, a pink glove and Ugg style boots.

In addition, detectives would like to speak to a witness who left the bank prior to their arrival. It's believed he may have additional information that would assist this investigation. He is described as a
black male, 18-25 years old, wearing a hoodie and ball cap. He is pictured above, right, waiting in line behind the suspect.

Detectives are requesting the public's assistance in identifying this suspect and witness. Anyone with information is urged to call the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Robbery Section at (702)828-3591 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702)385-5555. A cash reward may be available to the person providing information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
