i was 17 when this came out, and we used to skate to it at Olympic Park in Rochester,NY in 1978. as soon as this song came on, the rollerskating floor got packed...

I was in the Army back when this came out stationed at Ft Campbell KY and I DJed at the Top Six club on base and when I brought this out I had the floor packed, so I was proud to announce that this group was from my home back in Philly and the "Platt" was the spot every-time I got home to visit until they put in the curbs to keep the cars off the grass!! Then went the spot!! Can't get a better place to hold a Greek week though than in Philly!!

Yea, if you couldn't hole onto you LP collection it's difficult to find these types of groups because for some reason they didn't hold onto the master recordings, and the music is out of print. I wound up loosing me vaste collection of music some time ago, and have been trying to catch up on it ever since. We just to to keep on searching, and hoping someone finds some old masters, and brings this shit out to the general public who doesn't know this music is still around.
