This is my first animation that I did for a final work for my school.
As a Japan fan, this time I used like a reference a "Gamarjobat" ( http://www.gamarjobat.com/en/index.html ) video that they perform for a Tokyo litter campaign ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHc_8CbtDv0 ) .
There are some beginners mistakes, but I only have four months experience actively doing animation and two months animating in Maya. I'm going to do my best to improve my animation skills.
I use Autodesk Maya 8.5 for animation, shading and lightings, Maya Software for rendering and After Effects for postproduction (sound editing).
Comments and critics are welcome, thanks for watching :-D

  • Have 2 tips :)

I think that you did good here, you say this is your first animation ever? awesome ^^. how much time did you have to make it?

other than that you probably want to concider Asp.NET for your homepage, universal cose language works better than PHP imo... but hey... i've only been doing this for a couple of years since i got off 3D college :P

  • @lylle88 : Thank you for the tip.I'm planning to make a homepage and I'm going to consider that as a option. I' m going to msg you when I started for some tips and tricks ;-)Apr time was two weeks(I answered TheGennaios similar question so take a look for details). It was a big struggle because I was working two jobs(I had to earn money for my school :-P)and going to school at a same time but I managed to make something. There are some minor mistakes but basically I was satisfied at the end :-D

  • niceeee

  • @oshankottachchi : Tnx :-)

  • how many people worked on this and how long did it take?

  • @TheGennaios : I did it myself for final project in my 3D school. We get rigged models from school ( I adjust them a littlebit, put some basic shaders, modeled shades and mohawk ( simple lowpolly models ) ). Apr time was about two weeks. For one week I make positions of key poses and another week I was " ironing" in betweens. Last three days I worked on lighting, rendering and postproduction. Rendering time was apr 7-8 hours. Sorry for slower reply ;-)
