Frédéric Chopin Polonaise in A, "Deux Polonaises" Op. 40, No. 1 has always been one of my favorite classical piano pieces and one to wake up the neighborhood! I selected the Full Grand voice on the Yamaha MO8 to get the rich tones and power to approximate an acoustic grand piano. The Yamaha MO6 keyboard doesn't have enough keys to make this happen, but otherwise will sound the same as the MO8.

I disagree with the amount of rubato that you used, however. I also think you went a bit too slow.

Yes, I agree! Actually I think my earlier performance on the Clavinova was a little better. I'll try to add it as a response video.

Thanks, Bonnie. The sun room gives me warmth on a sunny morning, like today. The trees and hillsides also offer inspiration. Sometimes the birds and squirrels chime in when I'm playing piano. The ornament in the middle window is supposed to represent a red ribbon to remind us of AIDS. You can see it better at night from the street.
