It wasn't only this great vocalist, and the beautiful songs he recorded, it was the era, the times of the 60s, and although I was a teenager when this came out, I was always a fan of Andy Williams,we have lost so many great recording artist's and the airwaves are full of garbage today,sung by a bunch of no talent pretenders, and we will never hear music like this again. so sad.

fantastic, just fantastic.........he stole the whole awards show, Tom Jones fluffed his lyrics and even Jon bon Jovi singing live was upstaged by Andy. Great video!

He was Always a FAV of mine, and his SPECIALS and his shows with the Osmonds bear GREAT memories for me and this song still brings a tear to my eye due to the "nostalgia" of it. One of the greatest songs sung as ONLY Andy can do it and brilliantly composed by Henry Mancini, also one of the Greats. Just Beautiful. Perfect for tonights Full Worm Moon on March 19, 2011. Amazing, into his eighties, and he still does justice to this wonderful song. He still has those amazing high notes! There will never be another Andy Williams and all of those Christmas Specials....
