Knots of Hope, a community service organization that is dedicated to raising and earning vital funds in order to make a difference in people's lives during a very difficult time, as well as spreading local organ donation awareness for the Transplant Foundation, Inc. affiliated with the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. Knots of Hope was created and founded by IB student, Coral Reef Senior High School and avid community service volunteer Priscilla Suzal-Wright who was joined by a band of loyal, devoted and equally committed friends; Lauren Martin, Nikki Baralt, Gaby Baralt, Rachel Jara, Nati Aguirre, Nicole Aguirre, Taylor Perry, Tatyana Bidopia, Isabella Levanthal, Nicole Marie Martinez, Natalie Abad, Patricia Trujillo, Marlin Gonzalez, Natasha Perez, Scarlett Artola, Carolina Flores, Barbara Lopez Finaldi, Krystal Amador, Kristen Colon, Melanie Burgos, Nicole Rodriguez and Melissa Kanakis that are students at various schools; Miami Killian High School, John A. Ferguson High School, Coral Reef Senior High School, Southwest Senior High School, Terra Environmental Research Institute, MAST Academy and Arvida Middle School. Knots of Hope has flourished as a way of bonding with friends while giving back to the community. By designing, producing and selling colorful, fashionable and charming hand-made string beaded "knots of hope" bracelets, the girls have bonded together for a cause that is close to their hearts. Knots of Hope continues to grow day to day, they serve their time at various Walk-A-Thons, they provide the patients at Miami Children's Hospital (ranked among the best in the nation in 2010) the materials needed to create their own personal bead jewelry - it began with monthly playroom visits and now Knots of Hope is offered weekly as part of Miami Children's Hospital Bedside Buddies program (the Bedside Buddies is for patients who are unable to leave their room - they are dedicated to bring comfort, smiles and hope to these patients and their families), they also celebrate the holidays with the families residing at the Transplant House and assist in many other charitable events hosted throughout the year while helping the Transplant Foundation Inc. and Transplant House, Inc. whose common goal is the good health of our community. Transplant House is a 13-room guesthouse for pre and post transplant patients and their families. Transplant Foundation Inc., affiliated with the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami, is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to funding patient services, public education to increase organ donation and lifesaving transplant research. (Tax ID: 59-2767754) Knots of Hope enjoys a bright and hopeful vision, with optimism that their organization will grow and eventually evolve into a nationally recognized charity that will continue to make a major difference in people's lives.

  • Knowing and believing that we are the Property Of God,

If a second offering of Precious Life is available for both and all to live on,

It’s wonderful to have all of You raising awareness.

In our darkest moment you’re never alone and you’ll always pull through.

Good to see You, Neno Monti.
