Thank you, dear for your video. You are very kindhearted. I agree with you on everything. My opinion on marriage itself is that it is becoming obsolete in the future all together. The government makes people get married for tax breaks and other benefits. People should get the benefits for having lived together for a few years without any legal documentations. The reason why Tiger and other celebrities get so much media coverage is because that is what most people care about.
They wanna be "married" because of the legalities of estate if one of them dies, and custody challenges if the maternal parent passes away, etc. The only people who have a problem with it are the bible thumpers. the REALITY of it, is that it doesn't hurt anyone, and "marriage" is a religous institution, so the government shouldn't have a say in who it is legal for and not legal for.
privileges are things that are earned by people who receive them, and do not deny it to people based on prejudices. so yes driving is a privilege marriage is not.
yeah about that whole cheapening what it means to get married thing, look at all the straight people who get drunk, go to Vegas to get married, and then get a divorce 7 hours later. if that s not cheapening marriage then i don't know what is. get off your high horse already who are you to decide what's meant to be and what's proper and all that other crap.
hey u kinda cute...but i do agree that i personally that everytime i turn on my tv or get onto the net i dont wanna know which celebratity they fuckin and who they cheatin on cuz i cud careless.
You also fail to recognize the fact that a civil union is not a marriage. It does not provide the same legal rights as a marriage. So you are denying a group of people rights for bigotted reasons. You could argue to make civil unions the same as marriages rights wise, but then it would not longer be a civil union.
That is discrimination, plain and simple.
And i love being called a child by someone my own age. Real adult there.
1) I'm stereotypical? You are afraid to call a civil union a marriage. A little rooted in tradition are we? Afraid of change? What's in a name?
2) Marriage being defined as man and woman is in fact a religious definition. It may predate christianity, but religion dates back to the beginning of time.
3) I made a wrong assumption of your religious POV's based upon your remarks
4) There is historical evidence of the use of marriage being defined also for gay couple
1. Why would you call me a church goer when I haven't been to church in over 13 years. Just another child babbling to hear himself make noise again I guess.
2. Banning women from eating apples has nothing to do with what I said. Stay on topic, you simple minded human being; The topic was gays getting "married", which ruins the term "marriage".
3. If you would stop being so stereotypical, you would look around the world and see in England they have a nice thing called "Civil Union"
