Be wary of using the word "civilians" because police are also civilians.
They are not military although they are getting closer and closer (not a good thing)
We and they are citizens. I hope you folks are successful in removing this "man" from the force and getting Justice in order

It would be one thing if IPRA actually did anything but the majority of IPRA complaints get tossed to the Internal Affairs Division. IPRA has a tendency (and maybe a policy not sure) to only investigate cases of "violent misconduct and greater." So nice try IPRA Admin. Otherwise keep doin' what you're doin' someone has to hold the CPD accountable they sure aren't doing it themselves.
