This is a police video surveillance recently released by attorneys representing multiple clients who allege that 23rd District police officer Richard Fiorito falsifies DUI charges and targets gay and lesbian motorists.

Officer Richard Fiorito has been placed on administrative desk duty pending the outcome of the department's investigation into his behavior, said Chicago Police spokesman Officer Robert Perez.

  • Be wary of using the word "civilians" because police are also civilians.

    They are not military although they are getting closer and closer (not a good thing)

  • It would be one thing if IPRA actually did anything but the majority of IPRA complaints get tossed to the Internal Affairs Division. IPRA has a tendency (and maybe a policy not sure) to only investigate cases of "violent misconduct and greater." So nice try IPRA Admin. Otherwise keep doin' what you're doin' someone has to hold the CPD accountable they sure aren't doing it themselves.
