Video contributors don't have to pay anything! But BrookeLynn9's question about the Small Publishers Initiative is good. When we developed this membership program, we discussed it with several small publishers and the networks that represent them. While there was disagreement on the best price point, there was agreement that membership dues were vital. We're providing services, so there should be a fee -- it's a service, not a gift, and publishers should be willing put "skin in the game."
