PDX Pillow Fight, June 2007

Portland loves a good pillow fight. The latest took place June 22, 2007, at Skidmore Fountain in Old Town. At its peak, the pillow-fighting force numbered about 200, with dozens more watching.

This sort of thing is probably great for the human psyche! I bet there would be way less school shootings if every town had massive pillow battles on a regular basis.

I am so pissed I missed this. My friend and I couldn't get a ride into portland until after it was over. ugh. it looks so fun.
