I'm a LUCY fan and not big on Kate and Alley; though I remember liking it when it was on.

From the March 2, 1987 episode, "Reruns". Ironically, the series originally aired on the very night and time "I LOVE LUCY" was on- Mondays at 9pm(et).

The show was taped at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York (identified only as "Reeves Teletape" in the credits, as they were leasing the theater at that time)- now headquarters for "THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN".

Jane Curtin even has the pacing of the lines virtually perfect, if she just lowered her voice it would be a perfect imitation! Gotta love her.
