A tribute to the amazing film from Theo Angelopoulos, with Harvey Keitel, Maia Morgenstern and Erland Josephson. A truly masterpiece. Music from the film´s soundtrack, composed by Eleni Karaindrou.

  • Rest in peace with light Angelopoulos.. Thanks for mirroring the essence of life to us that is forgotten.. By the way; the editting of video had overlooked famous Lenin statue scene. It's one of the most outstanding scenes in world cinema!! An urgent re-editting must take place...

  • @TheOnurify You´re right but I wanted to select alternative scenes that are not present in the official movie trailers and that I find beautiful as well. Besides, to synchronise certain scenes with the music is difficult. In my oppinion, the scene of Lenin´s statue is perfect and must to be watched complete. Greetings and thanks for your comment.

  • R.I.P THEO, Thanks for all the beauty that you shared with us, You will be missed.

  • Maia Morgenstern is an amazing and talented actress :X

You should mention her also, and add her as a tag.

    By the way,good editing :)

  • Thanks for the comment, madness. You´re right, Maia Morgenstern is a wonderful actress, and with a moving performance in this movie. I love specially the "widow" scenes. He´s now in the tags and description :)

  • Eleni Karaindrou will be in my city Ankara/Turkey for concert, i'll be there. Her music is awsome!

  • You´re very lucky. I agree 100%. Her music is pleint of sensitivity and a perfect complement for Agelopoulo´s films. My favorite Eleni´s music is the main theme of "Eternity and a Day".
