I'm 25 and I just learned about and considered thinking about adding exfoliation to my regimen like days ago. It's kind of sad and really disappointing as to why I haven't come across this part of my daily cleansing care sooner. My face breaks out like a convict does from prison.

I find just using all the methods mentioned with just warm water and carefully with a towel works fine for me. No need for all those expensive products. I'm 40 this year and my skin is smooth as a baby after rubbing away the skin, to reveal the new skin below. I then rub in some moisturiser cream, such as Faith In Nature Intensive 50ml., but there are many other brands of course.
If youi value your skin though, stay away from direct sunlight & poluted areas & eat a good diet!
