i dont use this anymore because it is not designed to be used under heavy weight cause its just putting to much stress to the engine and eventually fail them,i usually will get down hill by using low gear

@nesh2003 The exhaust brake does not stress the engine as much as full throttle, you can use it as much as you want. If the engine fails, it is likely that it had failed even if you have not used the exhaust brake.

If you are running really heavy loads, you should use a truck with a retarder to make the brakes last longer.
