Hey, haven't seen part 2 yet, but wanted to add something. :)

The van actually came out in 2005, with the black stickers. Same number, same line, just black stickers, to match the rest of the police line at the time. In 2008 they changed the stickers to blue, so it would match the new line. The same thing goes for 7236, and 7235. :)

Oh, and another thing, the speed limit signs actually do look like that here in denmark. ;)
