The walruses can't see the people on the other side, it's like a mirror, and it's the same with every other marine life tank, especially whales and dolphins. Unless it's a glass tank that they preform in, then they can't see the people. But smacking on the glass really must be annoying!

I LOVE WALRUSES! How do they pull of being that adorable? Leathery skin, tusks, whiskers, logically we should think they are hideous. BUT THEIR NOT! Praise be to our whiskered amigos!
