@rayspitsongirls In some countries you can get non-animal tested cigarettes but in most they are tested,
-
cigarettes are animal tested and contain animal fats, which makes smokers non vegan
-
It's even simpler than that:
Farm animals are herbivores. Anything they don't get from plants, they make. Humans are animals too, and make the same things: B12, K2, etc
Omega 3 is even in fruit. People don't actually need more 3, they need the right balance of 3 and 6. People have too much 6, which is found in ........... you guessed.

But there ARE vegan pro bodybuilders. Kenneth williams, Bill Pearl.
Consider that steroids are in meat. So meat is handy if you want freakish size, but those people on not a strike against veganism being un-natural. They are un-natural.
B12 comes from bacteria, so it's not technically vegan. bacteria is in air, water and ON plant food - everywhere. So vegan's get bacteria. And it's sufficient, otherwise, cows, chickens, gorillas and I wouldn't be around.

Omg thank you so much for this video. I was about ready to punch a wall after watching that guys video you were talking about.
-
OMFG Vegan boy is ugly!

His point is that B12 isn't found NATURALLY in sufficient quantities in any vegan food source. Not that vegan's can't possibly get it.
I love the photo of the main guy from the veganbodybuilding[dot]com website standing next to Jay Cutler, he's twice the vegan guys size. I've never once seen a Vegan body builder that can come close to a pro body builder's body, even looking back on pre-steroid body builders. It's as if you can only pick two between heavy, ripped and vegan.

Aaron is amazing :D
As far as the whole cigarette thing goes, from what I remember almost every brand besides American Spirit was tested on animals at one point or another, but most brands at this point are not running any animal tests. Menthol cigs are still unvegan, but if you smoke regular then it depends on your own pov there.

p.s: Yup, obviously I meant soy milk. As far as your claim the only credible study I can find close to your claim (I don't consider youtube a credible source =P ) is concerning GM soy products, and it's link to problems like type1 diabetes and other issues (mostly concerning expecting mothers). I don't use GM products though soo yeah. Also you should try linking to the studies themselves if your going to use case studies to support your argument. Not sites and videos with their own agenda.

Well I just now finally got on long enough to see your response robert. Anywho, I don't necessarily say it's healthier (my reasons are purely ethics). You can easily be an unhealthy vegan, but that can apply to any diet. I suppose I haven't been vegan long enough to be a good example of vegan diets (been over a year now), but I haven't noticed any sudden changes in my weight or health. I hardly ever get sick even when everyone else catches some bug, and it even helped with my acid reflux.
