I debated on this motion today at debating training.... Needless to say there's a reason why these 8 where in the world championship finals and we were sitting in the debating chambers needing half an hour to prepare 5 min speaches...

@TheMrMysteriouso : POis are allowed to offer after the first and before the last minute of a speech. Each speaker should at least accept one POI.
