That didn't look like a failure to feed, it looked like the slide locked back. The top round wasn't in contact with the feed ramp, and the breech face wasn't touching the case head. Considering where his thumb was resting, I'd bet that he hit the slide lock while shooting.

Of Course It Was Failure To Feed! it happened to me more than 5 times already. I The gun has been sent back 2 times already. No more excuses for me.

I really like your grading system that you have for gun. I think everyone has a personal opinion on guns and holsters and with your calculations it takes the personality out and puts more focus on what your dealing with.

I don't think it was a FTF either, I saw 2 other video's of this 36 and in both cases it did the same thing and it was hand placement with recoil hitting the slide lock. Great video and great points, love your USCAA mag too. Why do people stick their finger down into the barrel? You can see if a casing or round is stuck in there, if you have to trust your finger and not your eyes, then that person shouldn't be shooting. Great vid, great organization.
