Well thought out and said. As a historian I take issue with a few points but history sometimes comes down to viewpoint. I personally have a problem when people look at white history/culture/america as the only wrong ever to happen. No country has blodless hands. Even mexico. Shouldn't bring up the teabag movement. Well thought out and well said. As a historian I can tell you you're right on some things and mustaken on others. When anglo settlers came to texas they also had to convert to the catholic religion. Yes slavery was one of many causes of the civil war. However most modern historians agree the economic sanctions put on the south were the leading cause. I.e. not being able to trade cotton directly to europe etc... All that may not matter here I don't know. I just have a huge problem when people mak
