Honestly I dont see any difference with dhalsim...
- Drill still suck.
- not possible combo with LK.slide (except with super).
- Teleport, B+MK, flame still whiff alot against shoto.
- Most move keeping same damage. Yoga flame doing more damage.

But the new ultra II shangrila, i already love it!

Want I test something on SSFIV? leave comment. I will try my best to test. But please dont ask me some crazy combo.

Great video, Dhalsim is main. As long as your good keeping the zoneing, and teleport at the right time for fast offensive strategy, its many battles that will succeed. SimsalaDhalsim.

@Fe11a11 forward, down...down+forward basically hold forward then do a quarter circle motion from down to forward (6 o'clock to 3 o'clock) or 6 to 9...if you were looking at a clock for reference.

Does any1 know if its possible to do QCF then HCBack+ LP then HCF+P to get his light yoga flame into super combo to come out?

how do you do the teleport?? This is my first street figher game ever and i dont understand that z like movement ask you to do
