you are absolutely right. i work for a company and they would hire temporary worker who might been working for them like 3 years and still doesn't get hired and im only got started like a couple of days and what chances am i going to be a permanent employee????? they would not pay you for holidays, vacation, healthcare or other benefits and thats very disrespectful to me as an employers and its sucks cause there's no agency and organization that focus on this serious issue.

good for you, young man! You're absolutely right. In fact, Permatemping is a violation of Federal labor law, but the only way to fight back is enough employees must file class-action lawsuits to regain their proper, full-time status. I work in the IT industry, full of permatemps, and full of stupid people willing to take $8.50 an hour and be badgered by asshole managers. Stupid, ignorant people with no guts. I hope someday these spineless cowards will rise up for their rights. It pisses me off.
