I knw it is a bit late to reply. bt since u asked, there is a whole book written about her corruption called Bandit Queen. More than corruption, she made many political appointmnts in the judiciary sector. SL is a democratic country where the judiciary needs to be independant from the president. Bt she changed that for her own survival. And we in SL still suffer from that bcos our present politicians use that very well.

@saniya4845 Ive heard numerous people accuse her of corruption but no one has explained exactly what she did. I think some people are just bitter that she used diplomacy to achieve peace and reconciliation between the 2 ethnic groups.
