Hi,
The wresting club is in Delhi, India and is called Guru Hanuman Akhara.
The training sessions are held everyday morning 6am-9am and evening 4pm-7pm.
Where are u from?

@raghavsolidman r the coaches here still involved in old training systems or have they adopted new and scientific training methods.

@vickyUSA The training methods are combination of old and new system. They have incorporate strength training and Nutritional aspects into their system. They don't train on Mud anymore except a few who don't have international aspirations.
