Sunday, 12th October 2008 - A lot of the station building frame work has now been constructed as well as electrical systems. Work on themeing should commence soon.

Get set for 2009, as Thorpe Park gets ready to unleash their ultimate new scream machine, Project Dylan, a 100ft, beyond vertical drop Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter roller-coaster. Situated in Canada Creek, this will be one of the parks grimmest attractions yet. Complete with dark sections, who knows what surprises may lurk inside the mill.

Riders will begin in the station building, where the car will then move forwards and proceed to spiral down further into the building, turn after turn, dodging obstacles before entering a Zero-G roll and coast out the building. The car will then position itself to climb the 100ft (30m) vertical lift hill, before cresting and plummeting riders down the 100 degree drop. Narrowly missing theming (known as the 'head chopper' effect) riders are then swept into a Immelmann loop, round turns, over airtime hills and then climaxing with the final inversion

i agree coulda had a betta name. but iv been on all the rides ther and none of them actualy scared me as i walk in so hopefully this one should be puttin the riders on the edge b4 entering the rollarcoaster cant wait to go on this one nxt year. x

Not keen on the endorsement with Saw, could of had a better name than a dried up gorefest series, but the ride entrance will be gritty and the horror theme will be awsome.

Oh and the eurofighter, i thought bad idea but i saw that airtime hill and have changed my mind completely
