  • 脚でバーベルを動かすのはやめろ!

  • So much power.

  • @glueissticky00 hell yea :D

  • @powmongo first sentence absolutely correct. if you think about it, oly lifitng is all about how fast you can get under the bar. would it make any sense to jump upwards first before trying to get down under the bar?

  • respect

  • Guys THERE IS NO JUMPING! That is precisely what our new resident weightlifting coach at the OTC says. Olympic and 3 time world champion Zygmunt Smalcwerz says. It is something he has been trying to fix. You don't jump over anything or on top of anything, you apply force to a barbell to get under it. If any coach went to Russian, Korea or China and said lifters jump you would be laughed out of the gym.

  • @cavsarebitches .Ummmm I think your the one who's wrong mate. A power clean doesn't "require" a jump to be that. Techniques may have subtle differences.

  • @cownuttz70 im not saying its a massive jump, but once hip and knee extension is achieved and plantar flexion of the feet is achieved, the athlete should adjust their stance explosively, momentarily lifting both feet off the ground and reposition the feet to catch the bar in 90 degrees (or above) knee flexion. Thus a JUMP!!!!!

  • @cownuttz70 you are wrong

  • @trinity9011 and....... wrong
