A Scouser nurse is under the impression that every unemployed (more or less) or young pregant women is living on a benefit lifestyle (being on some Job Seekers Allowance and not being bothered to apply for a job), only to get a good hiding from George Galloway.

Defending the unemployed, Galloway lectures the caller that his kind of view comes straight from the right wing noise machine from Jon Gaunt to The Sun and Daily Mail. Very sensational to say the least.

Contains a crticism of Galloway...you'll see why. (Daily Record...red top?)

  • What alot of people don't know, is that people want to get off benefits and go out to work however there is no incentive to do so as some people are better off living with benefits than going out to work. For example some benefits include not having to pay rent if a person decided to go out to work they would most likely have to pay £200-300 for rent a month leaving exact or not much more than they would have had on benefits.

  • The caller is a nurse so his wages are funded by tax payers in the private sector. The caller does a vital job but economically he contributes nothing to the state but feeds from it. How can he call people who take such small amounts from the state? And how can he work in a caring profession when he clearly doesn't care about people?

  • Typical scouse git, good on George Galloway for exposing his hypocrisy, this self serving bigot works as a nurse supposedly caring for the sick when deep down he totally resents patients for being alive. Another Harold Shipman in the making.

  • i couldn't of put it better. i prefer pepsi

  • Dr strangle love I take it then if you got made redundant (no your fault) you wouldn't claim a penny then

  • This man helps keep the workforce healty and productive....how can you help the economy more than that, only the ones that want to be sick and idle don't help the economy...he knows more about benefits cheats than millionaire galloway will ever know!!!!

  • I just found this video and love it. Thank goodness there are people sticking up for those on benefits for a change! For the most part people don't choose to be on benefits. This man who is complaining is getting 5 x child benefit, he gets his wages from the tax payer. He gets many many benefits from being a nurse. Instead of blaming everyone we should be standing together.

  • update to my last comment: i was made redundant in November last year. I've worked all my life. I applied for JSA. After 8 weeks and making me sign on 3 times (in addition, I documented, with evidence, the thirty-odd jobs a week I was applying for), the decision came back that I wasn't entitled to any as my girlfriend lived with me, that she should support me. One of the times I went to sign on, two 'charvas' came in at the same time as me (330pm) in dressing gowns guzzling lager..I despair

  • Great points mr Galloway that bloke from Liverpool has 5 kids and is getting state benefits what a knob ps people who are in work today and look down and judge people on benefits it maybe you tomorrow so be careful what you say

  • I have completely changed my politics since my redundancy and think that capitalism (which can work) has become a symbol of greed, elitism and corruption. All the main political parties are puppets for the corporations, who give them massive doners. Everyone is right wing, there is no left wing politics in the UK. Its like goiing into a grocery store and asking for a drink and having a choice of coke or pepsi,, both of which are colas, but where one is slightly sweeter than the other.

  • Like this guy, I had a terrible attitude towards pretty much everyone who did not have a job. Unemployment I found was both depressing but also a time when people are most vulnerable to the most appaling form of discrimination and public humiliation by the government and the idiots at the job centre. The latter are essentially gustapo and hunt you to the ends of the earth if you make the slightest mistake, while the banks are givebn free pickings on public money on a daily basis.

  • This scoucer is so out of touich with reality. I am a Doctor in Physics, and was recently made redundant by my company due to the so called recession. Before then I was very well paid and had very little interest in unemployment and benefiys, because quite frankly I never thought I needed them.
