...i don t think Dave Brubeck's Take Five is supposed to be aggressive ...or that s my point of view...there s no proper sound in the video to hear if it s aggressive or not too!

ok its not from Al Jarreu, Its from The Dave Brubeck Quintet and specifically from Paul Desmond...... and with the squareheads who think this is an offense and is agressive..... come on guys.... this is just a different way to play this song..... theres a reason why they name them "jazz standards"

I agree; the original is more laid back and easy going.
However, this is a completely different genre and a completely different interpretation.
I applaude their willingness to take chance like they did.
