Peter Sellers was an accomplished ukulele player and a great George Formby fan. Here he is on the Parkinson show in 1974 performing "When I'm Cleaning Windows"

Truly great. Plenty of folks in the UK play the ukulele, as it has been more consistently popular for decades over there than it has been in the States. This is owing in large part of George Formby's success with that instrument from the 1920s until his death in 1961. Formby is basically only known to ukulele players in the U.S., but continues to be a household name on the other side of the pond.
Sellers did a fine job on the song. Very talented guy...
