  • its la mien

  • Ah Ramen noodles- my favorite!!

  • wow u guys are ignorant...i believe some may use borax simply becuz the deteriorated chinese government have created cheap business owners that would do anything to make money...and thats ur peoples republic of china...but the traditional chinese way of cooking will never allow that to happen...i mean...communism have really screwed the chinese over...thank God Taiwan or the R.O.C can preserve the history properly...

  • @MrBEIJINGJACK So is nutmeg pal, calm yourself down and throw back a cup or so. Maybe it will mellow you out.

  • Eat up,we have plenty of BORAX in the storage room....

  • Labor of love? This dude looks like he substituted the water of the recipe with his warm tears.

  • For those non-believers---simply ming Google "borax chinese noodles"...

  • Without the "BORAX" powder after the dough has rested it can NOT stretch....

  • "Ming" forgot to mention what was in that little plastic container with water---it's called BORAX---something that is TOXIC in large enough amounts---mmmmm-delicious...

  • Thats AMAZING.
