Part 2 of the Obama Birth Certification.
What is the difference between a short form and a long form.
Why is the long form a Legal Document and the short form not?
Obama's Certification of Live Birth is a short form and NOT a Legal document.
Without a "Vault" copy of the long form, no verification of citizenship is possible.
Obama has posted his SHORT FORM, which is not a legal document.The long form would have Doctor and witnesses to his birth that could be checked and verified.


The Berg Lawsuit is factual and this proves it beyond a reasonable doubt.

The State of Hawaii considers a Certification of Live Birth is a secondary source of identification for the purpose of establishing Hawaiian ancestry; a Certificate of Live Birth is considered a primary source. To respond to challenges as to his eligibility for POTUS, BO first posted and then removed from his web site, a Certification of Live Birth, claiming this was his Birth Certificate. But such Certification is only issued when a birth certificate cannot be located in the records.

THERE IT IS, THE CERTIFICATION WAS ISSUED, BECAUSE THE RECORDS COULD NOT BE LOCATED.
Because they don't exist.
Obama himself claims to have the long form, Barack Obama refers explicitly to possessing this document in "Dreams from My Father".

Most curious, too, is the apparent lack of curiosity of FactCheck in pursuing the original "long-form" birth certificate that was supposedly used as the basis for the short form.
So WHY CAN'T HE PRODUCE IT?

IF Obama WAS born in Hawaii, what about the adoption.

1. If he was born in Hawaii, OK.
2. If he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro [acknowledged, and we have the school registration, as Barry Soetoro]
3. Then His Origional Birth Certificate was sealed by the adoption and another one would have been issued under the name of Barry Soetoro.
4. The adoption in Indonesia, would have resulted in Indonesian Citizenship.
5. His current BC, produced would be null andf void and the Sealed BC, would have to be produced.
6. Hence Obama should have to produce two (2) Birth certificates. Origional/Sealed and the amended one from the adoption.
7. What is his current and legal name?
8. If he WAS born in Kenya, the above is mute and void.

So even if he WAS born in Hawaii, he still needs to produce
both Birth Certificates.

Matter of fact the law firm that Obama hired is from CAIR. Council on American-Islamic Relations. Why would Obama hire a muslim lawyer IF he was a christian?
Of the 1,143,358 resident and active attorneys in the United States, Obama selected Joe Sandler, of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young to represent him in this filing.

Sandler's role for CAIR has been to intimidate people who dare to expose the goals and actions of radical Muslims.
