Before you buy the Bialetti Brikka Espresso Maker, you might be interested in seeing how it works. Note that the coffee enters the pot through a different system than the traditional Bialetti Espresso Maker. The reason for this is that the system in the Brikka helps to foam the espresso as it comes out, creating the much sought-after "crema."

  • Can u use milk instead of milk?

  • Looks like you didn't screw it on tight enough, didn't I see drippage, heh heh?

  • And what is that top part where the coffee comes out of did that come with it?

  • How did you get that froth?? I dont get shit

  • really nice definition.

  • @lmontezemolo @2703tisha who says you have to use dark roast? that's a common misconception, and most coffee aficionados hate dark roast. it's like a well-done kobe beef. you taste carbon more than the coffee. That crema is good for a stovetop, but nothing compared to a Presso manual machine.

  • how do u get crema and using a stove top?!! how! i use fresh coffee beans!

  • Et voila - oh là là! J'ai réussi... le secret de la crème c'est...qu'il faut juste poser moins de l'eau...et plus du cafe. Thanks for all!!!

  • Are You modified the valve of the brikka or this is usine mode?

  • I bought a special coffee for moкa "LavAzza club", then following the recommendations I have got perfect café, "but" without scum on the surface of café ...it disappears after a few seconds. Thanks
